Wine Selections
Seagar's Prime Steaks and Seafood is dedicated to offering wonderful wines from around the globe in every price range. The focal point of the list is our American Cabernet Sauvignon section where we proudly offer over 30 of Wine Spectator's top 50 Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignons. Names such as Harlan, Dalla Valle, and Shafer's "Hillside Select" adorn the pages of our list, but we also feature exceptional yet more affordable Cabernets such as Clautiere, Verasion, and Whitehall Lane . Cabernet based blends are always popular and for that reason we offer Opus One, Insignia, and Dominus as our allocation allows. With the rise of Pinot Noir as a major player in the wine world, our American and Burgundian Pinot sections have grown. Additions to the American side include Domaine Serene from Willamette, Oregon and Siduri from California. Burgundy is also well represented with offerings from Chambertin, Mazy-Chambertin, Gevery-Chambertin, and Pommard to name a few. California Chardonnay also shines as Mondavi, Ramey, Pahlmeyer and Kistler are all offered on a regular basis. We have a wonderful Bordeaux selection as well, featuring first growths as well as more affordable classified growths, and our most exclusive bottle, a 1947 Chateau Latour.
